I recently learned about Amazon’s “disagree and commit” leadership principle. I think it’s useful for conflict resolution.

I’ve recently reviewed a few contentious proposals. Part of the problem concerned a review process that required unanimous approval. Having an option to disagree-and-commit would be helpful. For example, rather than requiring unanimous approval, require a quorum.
